1. You do our free check
Tell us what kind of claim it is, answer a few questions, and pick your lenders. We ask for your addresses for the last three years because lenders need them to find your accounts. It takes about three minutes and doesn’t affect your credit score.
2. We look at what you’ve told us
We check your answers and look for a regulated firm (a law firm or a claims management company) that handles that type of claim and the lenders you named.
3. We introduce you
If a firm can help, we pass them your details and email you to say who they are. If none can, we’ll tell you, and point you to our free complaint letters so you can do it yourself.
4. The firm explains their fees
Before you sign anything, the firm must tell you how they work and what they charge, and give you a 14-day cooling-off period. It’s your choice whether to go ahead.
5. They handle your claim
The firm complains to your lenders and, if needed, takes it to the Financial Ombudsman. They keep you updated. If a firm takes your claim, we’ll check in a few days later that they’ve been in touch.
Our fees
Our check is free. Firms pay us for introductions; you don’t. See fees and how we’re paid.
